error on 4.2 safe mod

im getting an error after loading 4.2 safe mod loading via home brew channel any ideas please? even though it says ver 4.2 on ssytem info thanks, i continued loading usb loader ect but they donet work so wondering if 4.2 did not load properly , what should I do please? thanks

did you get a error while updating to 4.2?
the -1 error is that after loading 4.2 updater or usb apps?

i got the error message at end of update .Im assuming because of this error , i stil cant get usb loader or other similar apps working .tried updating several times

back up your sd card to your pc then reformatt your card,then reload your card and install this Digital Kaos - Downloads - cios38 rev17 if you manage to install that then rerun the 4.2 updater making sure you have a good internet connection

ret=1 means theres something missing,try downloading the cios38 rev17 file again,making sure you put the wad in the root of your sd card [not inside any other folder] and see if that works
