Fifa 11

Has anyone managed to get fifa 11 to work yet. I've tried from disk and uloader gx but have had no joy with any of the settings I've tried.

Mine works fine on wiiflow 4.3e softmodded....what problems you having and which release you trying to use?

I would try wiiflow as I never have any probs with it

I'm on softmod 4.3e have all new ios installed and have also tried it on all the settings in wiflow 1.1 as well as usbloader gx and on disk through neogamma r8 and have also tried loading through disk mount on gx. I changed from wiiflow as guitar hero 5 won't work with it. What ios are you using, I have found a new wiiflow on gba temp that I haven't tried yet that has ios 234 added to it. Gx is r919 full channel. The problem I'm having is a black screen and frozen wii as soon as I try to load game.

You could try updating your GX , I've just updated to rev. 937 myself so your a bit behind on that, not saying it'll work, but worth a try.

Southbrook, you've obviously got your wii going again, was it the hack's .ini after and what did you do, maybe it'll help other's.

I tried several things to get wii going again ( for those interested it would only play original games - no backups by any method ) and got fed up of trying so I did a complete softmod from the beginning and it sorted it? dont't know how or why... maybe someone could try and answer that q ?

I've just updated to gx to 738 full channel but still no luck think I may just look for another iso and is there any difference between full channel and using a dol with forwarder in terms of funcionality

with the .dol method you can use the auto update function in the settings,this cannot be used with the full channel.

thanks ck does anyone know the size the iso should be the one I have is 4.37

the release I got was "FiFA 11 PAL Wii GLoBA" and can confirm it's working.

cheers for that southbrook the GLoBAL version is 4.38gb but all the others I have seen are 4.37 I'll give it a go and let you know how it goes. I have now tried the global version same result and have now tried it on wiiflow channel 1.2 that has options to choose which ios to run but no luck there either. I think I may just give up at this point and stick with fifa 10.

I have now tried both wiiflow 2.1 and 2.2 but both of them tell me they can't find any games on drive however wiiflow full channel 1.2 can see games but won't play fifa 11 or guitar hero 5 does anyone know of a more up to date full channel

Thanks for the info I've found the versions you are running but have same result that wiiflow cannot see games on drive when using a forwarder but I've also found 2.1 ios222 full channel and ios 249 full channel both can see games but do not run fifa 11 or guitar hero 5. I am under the impression that I must be to good at fifa10 and all online gamers have a conspiracy against me beating them on the new one pmsl, think I might go and rent a copy and back it up to drive with gx see if that makes a difference. Can you tell me what settings you are using to run the game

All sorted now. Must have been iso files. Created backup from original disk through gx and it runs without problems. Thanks for all the help and info. Looks like wiiflow just doesn't suit me.
