3.4e wii needs softmodding and poss update to 4.2

just on the tutorial but stuck at this

7. Press down so Remove stubbed IOS is selected then press A. When asked to check for stub IOSs press A. A number of stub IOSs will be discovered. Press B for ?NO? for all IOS files except 222, 223, 249 and 250. Which you should press A to confirm deletion of. Press B for all other IOSs. When the discovery of stub IOS is complete you will be sent to the MMM menu. If you were not asked to remove 222,223,249 or 250 move to step 7.1. Otherwise to continue to step 8

i dont have those 222,223,249 or 250 anywhere

so i continued like it said but at this stage..

9. Press 1 to select all the wad files in the folder, then press A to continue.

If you get any install errors with the above wads, try step 7.1 above and then try again.


but it still says the same errors what should i do

i found 222 and 223 and delted them but why not the others?

think i done it when installing wads i skipped the 249 and 250 ones as they were in the list was this right?

i tried a wii backup and it worked

can you show me where i can get games and apps from as my friend has this market for free apps and stuff on her wii

Apps here, there are many site's for game's on the forum to choose from.

I have this problem. I can't find ANY of those stubs. So I ignored it and tried to install the WADS as it says but they won't, I just get errors. Any idea why or where these stubs are?

The error is -2011

Do you have homebrew on your unit already?
If so look up a program called "pimp my wii", i havnt used it personally but I think it will do what you want.
