4.2 soft mod question

i soft modded my friends 4.2 wii at the weekend after trawling through various guides and tuts, and ended up using 2, one to install homebrew via bannerbomb and the 4.2 sticky on here. pain in the arse and had to leave sd card in for uloader. is there a 4.2 guide anywhere that will install homebrew and a loader channel like neogamma to play games from disc and also so that i can take my sd card out once modded. many thanks.
