I've not looked up your error code but I remember our Wii having issues with our WPA key which was long and had several characters such as "$#@~ in it. I found that making the key a bit simpler solved the problem, not ideal i know, but its still complex enough i hope !!

i had to downgrade my key to wep before it would connect. no idea why.
