Hacking Wii 4.3e

Hi,

I just purchased a new Wii for my son for Christmas. It has 4.3e firmware.

From what I can gather, I need Indiana Jones Lego to hack the Wii and get Homebrew loaded, thus enabling me to play media and backed up games etc.

My question is do I need to permanently own the game, or can I borrow a copy, hack the wii, and return it?

Kinda like gold dust at the minute, ppl have suggested trying block buster or your local library as a last ditch effort.

I'd like to know how using a savefile from a specifc game allows you to continue with this softmod.. I remember it was Zelda last time.. Do the developers of the game put something into it to allow softmodding?

i see you have found out you need a game exploit to get homebrew channel,dont ask how it works i aint got a clue.

If you add it to your basket, you will notice this -
