Softmodded wii question.

I recently sold my Wii, it was softmodded and i cant remember which version, cios and stuff. But, before i sold it i bought Wii Sports resort, got a system update from the disc which i installed.(There was no problem since it wasnt softmodded yet) After a few weeks i softmodded it. When i found out i was gonna sell it, I deleted all my saves and mii's and stuff, now the wii wants to update again, probably because of there is no proof that i watched the motion plus video. Is it safe to accept the Sport resorts disc update? Or do i need the guys who bought it to ship it back to me so i can update cios and stuff?

Its not an internet update, its the update from the sports resorts cd.

Neogamma isnt installed at the either, only backuplauncher 0,3. So its not possible to use the alternative .dol .

yeah sounds like its because you deleted the saves should be ok to just run the introduction video
