Changing USB loader

Daughter is using "uloader" & would like to try "usbloader gx".

Before I start do I have to un-install "uloader" first ?

...I have downloaded "usbloader gx boot.dol and forwarder wad + full channel wad "

These contain an "apps folder" & a "wad folder" ...do I " put wad & apps file in wad folder on the sd card and install wad with wad manager?

you can have as many loaders as you like gx is no better than uloader but it does look nicer.
open the apps folder there should be a gx folder put that in the apps folder on the sd card.
take the wad out the wad folder and put that in the wad folder on the sd card.
start wad manager and install wad using ios249

Inside the wad folder there are...


2 Folders:-

... "ChannelDOL"

... "ForwarderDOL"


2 wads:-


USB Loader GX-ULNR_Channel_2.0.wad

USB Loader GX-UNEO_Forwarder_2.0.wad

OK, we can load "GX loader" from the homebrew channel & all's well....but when we load from Main Menu & press "Start" it takes us back to the Main MENU ... any ideas how to fix this ?
