Silent Hill - Playstation 1.

Even typing it sends a shiver down my spine! I remember thinking at the time 'Whoever wrote this game is seriously disturbed'. It got to the point where i couldn't play it if i was at home alone or in the dark!!

Played on my own... Early hours of the morning.... Nobody else in the house... Wearing headphones... Mega shit ya pants experience... I dare anyone to do it...

Amnesia the Dark Descent is pretty atmospheric and jumpy too on PC...

Wearing headphones playing any scary game adds so much to the atmosphere...

i dunno about the scariest, but the freakiest one i ever played was System Shock 2. brrrrrrrrrrr....... still gives me the shivers....

For me it's the original Silent Hill on the Playstation followed closesly by it's sequel.
