    laptop 2 ps3

    hi there this is a question from my daughter,she has a ps3 and a laptop she has asked me how to set up thru ethernet to ps3 i think she uses a internet dongle aswell she said she could do it with xp but cant now she has windows 7,any help would be great thanx.

    what exactly is she trying to do,????? transfer files or use dongle to connect to psn?

      i think use dongle to connect ps3 to go on multy player il ask tho

          my daughter has a dongle in laptop and ethernet to ps3 but ps3 will not connect she said it worked on xp but now dosnt on win7 any help would b great thanks

            have you made sure the internet connection is shared??

            if not go into your network settings , look for your connection and share it,

            not sure about win 7 m8 only really dealt with xp and vista
