PS3 delete information

Selling my old one Don't want to completely delete everything just user account game saves and credit card.
How do I do it?
It's jailbroken so some games on internal

go into your account management , delete your card details from there, also log out and tell it to forget your password.

also , just create a new account for the new user, once created log back into your old one, then press triangle on your name, then delete and that will delete your account
