gta iv multiman error

so i got over 100 games on my external harddrive all work fine latest one being la noire

proplem im having is i cant get gta iv to work ive copied to internal and external with no luck everytime i go to launch it gives me the 800 bla bla error

try installing lv2 patch

how do i do that mate also just tried loading game from disk instead but comes up with error i no there isnt anything wrong with disk as it works on my unmodded ps3
