Who is E3 Flasher??

I have read many news from other forum,recently a new ps3 item e3 flasher is avaiable now.According the description about this item,it can Downgrade PS3 V3.70 to V3.55,this is anamzing good.Let's read more details about it.

Read somewhere it was going to cost around $100. Rather pricy.

It costs $88 including shipping cost, actually it is not a bad deal considering how much the E3 flasher will save you .
