ps3 problem

hi guys i have a ps3 320gb when i put a disc in i get no icons on screen and it wont read the disc. would it be a laser problem?

yup most likely the laser i also have aps3 sitting here with same problem, itll read dvd's but not games

easy to take apart use cotton bud and a bit of spit and gently clean both lasers works everytime i done it no probs....and i mean for friends as well not got dirty house .

i tried to clean mine also no joy, deffo laser goosed, only 30 quid for anew one so not so bad

same problem was occurring to my play station but when i cleaned up my ps lenses it again running perfectly.
