PS3 Store not working?

My Ps3 Store icons do not show up when the Ps3 Store is picked. Also, when i click on PS3 Store in the menu, it shows me PS3 Sony Store, but then that's as far as it goes. Nothing else shows up. No Icons or anything, I cannot even navigate thru the store. I have no Firewall, I've rebooted, and reset the PS3, called PSN support, have ports open on my router, called my ISP. Yet, still nothing... has anyone else ever had this problem? and How did you fix this problem?
