I recently sent my Playstation 3 to Sony to get it replaced. They provided the box and prepaid shipping label, all I had to do was drop it off at FedEx. Unfortunately the tracking number on my receipt was for a package that had already been delivered in July. I shrugged it off, figuring they recycle their numbers, and Sony would contact me when they got the package anyway. Two weeks later, no word from Sony, and the tracking number still leads to someone else's delivery. I called FedEx a few times tried to track by destination, and had them file a missing package claim twice. Both times they said someone would call me within 24 hours, never got a single call. Even tried the FedEx Office where I dropped it off, but all they could do was call the same 1-800 number. It's been three weeks, I have no idea where my package is, and no one seems to be able to tell me. I am without a PS3 until I resolve this thing. What are my options?
