PS3 not picking up DTS

Hi All

Has anyone had any issues with DTS not being picked up from their PS3 whilst watching movies?

I have a Sony amp which picks up DTS audio from games but with newer blue-rays it doesn't. The amp is quite old and probably needs replacing but I thought I'd check if it was a PS3 firmware update thats caused this or if anyone has similar issues.

Are you sure the option for DTS is checked in the sound options on the PS3?
