downgrade ps3

hi guys im looking to downgrade my fat ps3 as i have firmware 4.00 and want to play back up games via external hd using multiman can any 1 help as to how i do this thanks

Then you can use E3Flasher,or progskeet to downgrade your ps3 firmware from 4.0 to v3.55,if you use progskeet,you have to solder,so it seems that e3flasher is right for you. Here is one of store i found for you : ( no advertising !!! ). Maybe as you know too,now, e3flasher can work with ps3 true blue as well.that's to say,playing v3.55 above games is possible now too.

there is no way i am updating my console ,id rather sell it and let someone else enjoy

can you please let me know where to find e3flasher here in uk, try to google it but cant find it. thanks
