Ps3 fans on overdrive??

Hi all, Anybody ever turned on their Ps3 and the fans just start blowing out freezing cold air at a rate of knots, and the disc gets ejected at the same time.
Well i just did, crapped myself so turned it back off, then on again and now everything ok.

Strange me thinks!!

Think there was something about that before if u do certain things in a certain way it runs a fan test ..... cleans out the dust. You can see it here
