3d sbs films with ps3 media server.

hello today my 4 pairs of optoma zd 201 3d glasses arrived to go with the kids ps3 and acer h5360bd projector.have been watching downloaded films with ps3 media server.all has been ok until today, i tried to watch some 3d films sbs through the ps3 media server using a normal 5 metre hdmi cable connecting ps3 to projector.when i adjust the settings on the projector to 3d and sbs ,the picture just comes up as jagged lines but the sound comes through ok.first of all i thought it was the hdmi cable not being 3d high speed.so pulled out the hdmi cable from ps3 player and connected it directly to my laptop.from here i can play the same 3d film sbs through my projector no problems.
any ideas what the problem could be.

i use a programme called tsmuxer use level 4.1 on front setting page in middle settings save file to drive plays through tversity and media server no probs its the sound that normally naffs up on them i stream a lot of mkv through ps3 and get no errors at all after using level 4....hope that helps

thanks for the reply,will give it a go tomorrow.do i need to change any settings in the ps3 media server.
