Can someone give me the serial number from their guitar hero world tour guitar

My guitar isnt working the red fret button doesnt repond contacted redcote and the asked for the serial number which is inside the battery compartment had a look but nothing there and they are now saying that they cant do anything without it.

can someone give me their serial number please so i can get this sorted

dude ur scamin the makers my mate did the same thing phoned them up said his was bust when it was not and they sent a new 1 out which gave him 2 guitars
