PS 3 - watching movies

got loads of movies on my PC and on my XBox use XBMC to watch them, how can I watch movies from my PC onto the PS3

This is the best free media server for the ps3, the latest version doesn't work for me so if you get problems try an earlier version PS3 Media Server
