as in title. the drive has problems reading discs. this is inconsistent as 80% of the time its fine. it struggles to read a disc on console start up. but after that its only sporadic. well I'm happy pulling the drive out and giving it a clean. does anyone know a reliable and low cost seller for a replacement, if needed?

If its broke, fix it and use it again!

curious could laser need a clean as i bought a cd with a brush to clean it.
on my pioneer bluray had issues playing some discs and it needed a software upgrade,burnt onto a disc to upgrade.
