ps3 eject problems

i cant eject a game from the ps3, i have dismantled it and removed the game but when i play it again the same thing happens..... does anyone have a guide or advice on reseting the dvd tray.

hold the eject button for 10 seconds to force a manual eject

ive tried that, it doesnt work, it hink all the timing is out on the drive, i have had it pieces and rebuilt the drive and it works fine for about 10 seconds... then goes back to mad mode again.

could do with a actuall dvd guide (reset option)
