Xbox is hacked if you want free games, PS3 has a great Blu-Ray player.

ps3 is good for the bluray player and free online gaming but not properly hacked yet so youll pay for your games

but 360 is better for online gaming and its hacked meaning very cheap or even free games

Just get the XBOX 360 and I promise you wont be sorry .......Google ps3 failure or reliability and go visit your local console repair shop and count the amount of ps3 and take into consideration that for every 1 PS3 sold 5 XBOX360 get sold

Yeah no red light of death with the 360 personally I think unless you've a specific desire to use have a media centre it all comes down to games exclusives.

On the PS3 side you've Gran Turismo on the way, Disgaea, Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2, God of War on the way, LittleBigPlanet, wipeout hd and most importantly to me the Last Guardian

For the 360 there is some game called Halo, Fable, Alan Wake to come, Splinter Cell, Gears of War, Forza motorsport and the only console version of football manager!

360 is cheaper and provides better online gaming, but Sony's is more powerful (not that you can always tell especially with piss poor conversions like bayonetta) and more versatile. So decide which games are more for you and purchase

Both are terrific consoles, you won't go wrong owning either...

Gaming aside, PS3 has a very decent Blu-Ray player but you can stream HD files to both consoles using Java Media Server which is free download...

i totally agree i own both and both have great qualitys, very good machines in their own way
