PS4 no video help

Wondering if anyone has fixed one with this issue but so far I have replaced

HDMI port
HDMI if
HDMI filters

So just wondering if it can be something else like small smd's near the port

Unit is a 1116a

did you check the following which also goes if the hdmi port is damaged

on the main board under the metal shield near the hdmi socket the following would had
gone.
Panasonic MN86471A HDMI Encoder IC chip

Try Booting into Safe Mode

Just as you would troubleshoot a computer, you can launch your PS4 in safe mode in hopes of remedying the signal issues. With the PS4 off, hold down the power button for 7-8 seconds on boot to launch into safe mode (release the button after the second beep).
