10: Littlebigplanet - fantastic idea and presentation, terrific level designer just a shame the game is average
9: Bioshock - not an exclusive I know but my favorite next gen fps
8: Oblivion - best rpg of this gen
7: Uncharted 2 - nothing new here but so polished it blinds you
6: Blu Blaze - 2d beat em up back in style
5: Disgaea 3 - deeper than the ocean, very funny but also very niche strategy roleplayer
4: Bayonneta - pisses all over god of war in terms of creativity (just a shame the ps3 version is inferior to 360)
3: Fallout 3 - wonderful atmosphere, very clever mix of rpg and 1st person shoot em up, and shows
2: SF4 the best fighting game ever just got better
1: Demon's souls - hard as buggery but just plain genius and with the best online mode ever

MLB 10 - good shout not many people play baseball game over here but it is top, heavy rain is a marmite game, I'm in the hate it camp and see it as nothing more than an interactive door opener which as a shame as i dug fahrenheit. Modnation looks cool I agree but it is all about the last guardian this year for me, by the team who made ICO and shadow of the colossus. Apologies if you just wanted exclusives
