modern warfare2 extra map pack downloadable?

hi all,

i play mw2.
there is an extra mappack released for a while now.
is it possible to download it with a pc, store the data on an external hdd, hook it up to the ps3 and upload the mappack?

this way i wont have to buy the pack from psonline
