My thought was if i rent a few games then store them on a ps3 40gb you get about 2 games unto hard drive. So other than disc's is their any other way of storing them. I don't have jail break so i don't know.

I think it works like this
After your dongle jailbreak is connected you can copy and store games on external hd or ps3 hd. You will need to have a games disc in the machine for the games to play.
So on your xmb is a folder to open that will show you your list of games you have stored.
Future firmware updates will not allow this dongle to work so no updating your console or going online for that matter.
