deleted user account on ps3

hi my son had map pack 1 on one of his user acc on ps3 he deleted this acc. now he says he has not got the map pack on his other user acc . is it not possible to get these back from wherever. are they not on his hard drive. how do i look at whats on the hard drive. can anyone help please

im not 100% but if its anything like the 360 the download content is tied the account so can only be used playing with the deleted account. so you would have to buy it again inorder to use it under a different account
