Which Minimus usb stick do I get?

There are two. One at ?24.99 here - Minimus AVR USB Development Board - ModTraders.co.uk

and one for ?29.99 here - Minimus 32 AVR USB Development Board - ModTraders.co.uk

Any ideas which is the UPDATEABLE/UPGRADEABLE one guys? Or are they near enough identical?

both of these are up datable the only difference is the current stock is running out so I think the manufacturers are bumping the price not sure of the difference.
