    What am I doing wrong?

I just jailbroke my PS3 using Nokia N900 PSfreedom Hermes V3.

    1. I installed Open manager V 1.16

    2. I have 3 PS3 games on my External Hard Drive: Enslaved, Borderlands, and Fifa 11. They are located on GAMEZ/ + whatever the correct game folder named may be for example BLES00989.

    3. I use Open manager V 1.16, press O and copy the game into internal HD.

    4. I have the newest, original Castelvania game at my Blu-Ray rom.

    5. After copying, I try to launch any of the 3 games mentioned. They open up a black screen with small disc popping to the up right corner for 1< second. --> and the PS3 goes back to menus.

I don't understand why any of the the games wont work.

i might be wrong but i think the only way to get them on your internal hard drive is to ftp them straight from your computer.not 100% on that mind

Have you got an original game in? It may need it. On my usb break you have to or it will not load.

Sounds like it's working fine to me, After selecting the game eg Fifa 11 in open manager the ps3 will seem to restart and go back to the main menu all will look the same apart from the fact that the PS3 will now show that there is Fifa11 is in the blu-ray drive not Castelvania then just start is like you would any other game

that kinda defeats the object of jailbreaking if you have to have the disc inside to load the game?

most people rent game or borrown from friend copy and play.

i have a few games on hdd and none of them do i need the original in to load, just to copy, you do however need the dongle connected to play,

it could be that during copy there was an error but copying continued anyway,

I had that during uncharted, i only realised when I actually wacthed the whole copy process.

perhaps a scratch on cd, but I would say delete and try again, if no luck, maybe the dongle you have is not very good.

He means any original game disc, but if you have the correct hex files http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-files-166676/ on your dongle and the open manager you don't need a disc for most games
