If your using Virginmedia you can use their newsgroups for free, the retention is only about 5-7 days.

nzb matrix is excellent you can upgrade the membership(upgrade the retention period) for 7 pounds a year which you can pay for via a sms text message from your phone. i use virgin madias free newsservers 7 days retention.Comment
