Cant see PS3 Games on External HDD

Apologys if its previuously been posted, just scanned over quickly couldnt find anthing
JB my PS3 slim
It reads games off my pen drive
But not off my partitioned external 1tb drive
Parition is (H:PS3)
Its Fat32 got folders GAME, VIDEO, PHOTO, MUSIC also got PS3 Folder (inside that GAME, VIDEO, PHOTO, MUSIC) its still not reading it tried GAMEZ still nothing
I can see my Videos and Photos and Music but not my Games
Pen Drive isnt big enough for many games
What am i doing wrong?

thats doesnt work, it works in video to get my films and Music to get all my music up but there is no hdd in the game section to choose show all

Put your gamez folder on the root of your drive (H:GAMEZ)
