ps3 divx streaming

I streamed a movie on the ps3 browser (divxcrawler.com) but it buffers a bit. would that be down to the internet speed my speed is 10meg. Any suggestions. Also will the ps3 recognise any other format than fat32. Thanks in advance for replies.

you could download ps3 media serve PS3 Media Server then download a movie to pc or lappy and watch on your ps3.

I could but, i want to know if there's a way of using the other method, which i'd prefer from time to time. The ps3 is in the bedroom and can't be arsed getting up to switch everything off.
