    playstation 3 red screen

    Hi evrybode,i have a ps3 phat 80 g and i make a ubdate and after update i recive a red screen with next subiect,please contact the tehnical suport,i tryit to reubdate,i format mi hd,i tryit a loat of thinx but nothing,if sombodey can helpme how can i fix the red screen tank you in advance

      contact technical support. tell them that you updated and it messed up your console..you may be pleasantly surprised at the outcome

          I contact the suport from Sony but no answer iet,im curios wat they will tell...Its scandalos coz with a update can kill a ps3

                  Nothing good helps from sony,tey sayd coz i have to send the console back to usa and they will repair and the cost its 135 usd + taxes,watever,with 250 usd i buy a new one,the sony makes ps3 for money not for customers,im not the only who make a update and my ps die with red screen

                      i have same problem, i try to format hdd and then i try to update it again but nothing, i only get red screen... maybe someone tell how we can repair these

                          u have to go to ps3 secret menu and restore your ps3 to factory settings
                          u can find a video on youtube to find the secret menu
