    kmeaw 3.55 cfw

    Just updated my 3.41 ps3break to ofw 3.55 then cfw kmeaw3.55 patched
    I had multiman on it which I used, its still there but no longer works. Do I need the 3.55 version now? Will it automatically detect my games I had on hdd before?
    Also do I need to update the eboots on them that have been previously edited for. 3.41

    * Solved *

    It works fine

    hi, use Gaiamanager it?s more stable than multiman, and about games being detected you have 3 versions of gaiamanager for games directory just install the one correspondig to you?r game?s directory. about the eboot?s, you need the original eboot?s, the previously eboot?s that you moddified for 3.41 do not work for 3.55 you need to restore the original eboot?s.

      hi, i am using kmeaw 3.55 cfw and was using multiman 1.15 which after a couple of days started to take ages to load because of downloading covers so i updated to the 1.16. however since i have done this i cannot locate the games i had backed up to my hdd. the ones i have put on in the recent past are still available but the ones i have had since i was using my 3.41 blackcat jb no longer show. surely they can not have just disappeared? any ideas on how to get multiman to recognise them again or even if i try a different manager will this work?

          thanks for such a quick reply man. i had tried that before due to some googling but it never helped. strangely i tried it again from the link you provided and it has now discovered only 1 more game. there are still some missing and they are a combination of downloaded games and backed up originals. i presume they are still there somewhere because i am 100gb short of capacity on my hdd. how frustrating i want to play fifa.

            Connect your ps3 and pc up together via a Network Cable use Filezilla FTP on the pC side and check if the Games are in GAMES folder if the ones you are looking for are not Have a look in GAMEZ folder.

            If they are in GAMEZ folder you may need to edit the option. ini file in multiman to pick them up and show them.
            Google will tell you how to do this

            Code:

              well now i am confused. i have connected using filezilla and went to dev_hdd0 and there is a folder in there titled GAMES. in there i have found the games that multiman will actually recognise. there is no GAMEZ folder whatsoever but there is a folder entitled game ( lower case ). in here i have found numerous BLES???? files i believe to be my missing games. any way of moving them into the GAMES folder or even retitling game so that multiman will pick them up? will try the link above provided to see if this will help but is that just if they are in the GAMEZ folder?
              why multiman why??!!

                  Go back into multiman and press the fix permissions button ( R 1 ) on the controller see if that makes a difference?

                    no that changed nothing. do you suppose if i delete the game folder in filezilla it will recover the memory that the missing games are taking up or will this lead to more problems. i don't mind too much getting the games again thats no problem but i don't really want to waste almost 50-60 gb of memory if i can help it?

                      I don't KNow if the data in the game folder will be the games you are missing or Game data required to run the games in the GAMES folder that multiman can already see Mate,

                      So I'd be careful before deleting it.

                        i actually started to ftp the entire game folder to my pc ( for whatever reason ) but gave up after about half an hour knowing it could take days. the actual data that i did get over was top spin 3 which is one of the games that multiman will no longer find so i know some if not all are hidden away in there. i have managed to to locate the options.ini and the options_default.ini in filezilla. any clearer info on what to do with these now i have found them?
