i have a psp black 1003 model unaware of firmware. (doubt it's be upgraded since bought) i am unaware of details but my friend has asked if i can look at psp as it boots up with sound etc but the screen is black. i took it away with a working psp (screen donor to check) i have swapped the screens and the same happens again, it does all the things the psp should do apart from the screen, the "broken" screen works perfect in donor psp. i have control over the home buttons, volume etc but no screen. i have noticed the psp may have been in contact with water as it has the mfr PINK paper in the battery bay so i have cleaned all connections etc. i'm worried it might be "bricked" semi/perm if so can anyone help me in simple terms how to sort this psp??
