PSP wont turn on

Got a PSP (not slim) for my son. Was working then ran out of charge. Now it wont charge at all.

No lights nothing.

Any suggestions?

Try using a battery that is already charged and see if it works.

try taking the battery out then in again i've had the same problem more than once

1.Charge PSP one night and try to turn it on
2.Try to turn it on with other baterry

other thing it could be is power switch has gone knackered not a hard or expensive fix for a FAT psp ;-)

sounds like the charger is at fault. a psp will work with no battery if the charger is plugged in

Ok guys just to let you know it was the internal charge port and the 2 amp fuse had blown inside.

Also had a problem with the screen but all is sorted now.
