ISO loading help

Hello, can anyone help me with loading ISO files onto a memory card. I have managed to get GTA on it, but with no sound. I also have a few other files downloaded, but they did didn't go on the memory card as GTA did. What am I doing wrong? Is there a clear walkthrough guide anywhere?

Format the memory card in the psp. Connect via usb, and create usb connection. You should have a folder called ISO, pop all games in there. You may need to go into the games folder first I cant remember to be honest, but all games go into the ISO folder.
