Power light but not booting up

Guys please can someone help. i have a psp 1000 the power light comes on but will not boot up. i have even tried putting the pandora battery in but the same happens. i get the green power light but will not boot up.

Any ideas please :-(

wat pandora files u got on card as a pandora m8?
if u do a card with psp grader 8 and put it in holding lseft trigger it will boot it.
unless card reader on psp ****ed.
