how do i tell if my psp is 1000/2000/3000 and so on wich is the best hack

There is a sticker below the psp with 1000/2000/3000

The difference between 1000 and the other is that the 1000 have perforations on the top of the screen.
Which one is good depends.
1000 completely re-flash able all the homebrews comes first on 1000 then on the 2000/3000 (Slim) but the 1000 ones have less memory so some homebrew apps dont run on 1000 but all the games do so my personal preference is 1000. Also 1000 is completely recoverable from brick using pandora battery.

If u have a slim, it's probably a PSP-3000
If it's an old PSP, it's probably a PSP-1000
Otherwise, it's a PSP-2000.

With latest dev in psp hacking most firmwares on all models are hackable. I. Currently run 6.20tn-d on my 3000. The screen quality between the 2k and 3k is quite noticeable. Go for the 3k if you know what firmware it comes with.
