L.A.Noire needs update?

I have burned disc 1 but when I try it it says I need an update in order to play this game. Has anyone else encountered this? What is this update? Is it safe to sasy 'yes' or will this update the dash?

Its most likely just an update for the game. Had it been a dashboard update it wouldve told you to update when you signed into xbox live.
