    LA NOIRE THOUGHTS ..?

    Ok ,

So it's been just a little over a week now since we all got the game ..

Just wondering what everyone thought ..

I've completed all the story cases and street crime cases and whilst thought it looks amazing ..i cant help but feel that i got caught up in the hype and it was a little linnear .? wasn't very challanging and seemed a little repatiative .. I just have to play through again to get all the cases 5*, im only doing that for the achievment not because the game grabbed me into a replay... great concept graphically something else .. But i can't help and feel that they could have done more ..

Maybe through the DLC they will expand on the game and this could be where it makes its mark ..

    What's your thoughts..?

Online play would have been a really good addition to this game, It prevented it from being a real classic, But I think the facial graphics and overall graphics are superb.

I think that this is a big step forward for games within the facial graphics wise i mean by that, I really enjoyed the detecting lies and stuff but the game didn't grab me as i would have expected, I was caught up in the hype the media give this game, No classic when compared to rockstar games red dead redemption in my eyes.

        Regards.

Alot of time and effort gone into this game, graphics are supurb but got a bit bored with gameplay and too much time spent watching video scenes and driving around.

I really don't like the GTA games and I didn't expect much from this either, but I gave it a bash and I can honestly say that I'm quite enjoying it. It's like a less refined version of Heavy Rain mixed with some mild elements of the GTA series and the CSI games. If you enjoy the 'Wham-Bam' action of the GTA games then forget it, you'll hate this game.

Someone mentioned it earlier and I've got to agree, the motion capture technology used on the characters faces is stunning, it's incredibly lifelike, much better than anything I've seen this side of Hollywood.

Would I pay for it though? No I wouldn't, but it's well worth 3 blank DVD's IMO.
