xbox 360 flash a toshiba samsung drive

heya guys i have a white 360 with a toshiba samsung drive in it i down loaded jungle flasyher 1.5 wot ever that is i followed sum instructions on how to connect the drive to ur pc using the 360 as a power source but jungle flash dont reconise the drive can any 1 help me please im dieing to get this done fed up with paying ?40 plus a game tar

its no good m8 ive connected it to my computer via cable and its still not showing the drive on jungle flasher ive just got the latest 1 out and still no good so can you help

Yes. What sata chipset are you using

Have you tried selecting different sata ports?
It's also best if you use the primary port rather than A slave port.

Make sure you have your av lead plugged in too otherwise the xbox will shut off half way through a flash and you will end up with major headaches.

i really dont no i have my 500gig hard drive on 1 sata port and the other sat port is free but still not reading the drive ??????

Try swapping them over. Shut pc down first though.

narr no good m8 ive try another computer aswell that i own and it still wont reconise the drive do i need one of the devices or can i use the 360's power while my computer is connected up im stook need help that complete flashing guide dont make any sence

Get yourself a pci via 6421 card from ebay. About ?9. This will allow the drive to be seen. As regards to the 360 for power. Yes you can do it that way but its not recomended if you want to use xbox live.
