And it's saying ' to proceed security and programme updates are required ...system updates will be added to ensure security and proper functionality. If you decline you will be returned to the dashboard '

I declines it ...

Just wondering if I take this update on the disc will it un-flash my box .. Stopping me playing my backups ...

Have taken updates before from games but never seen this type before ... Mentioning security ..

It works .. It installed to the Xbox n picks it up fine ..

Just when I then boot it its given me
Option to update ...

Take it this update is the new dash n will render my current flash void thus preventing me running my back ups .?

Apparently Bodycount , MAdden nfl 12 (which im currently downloading). and rugby world cup all have some sort of update on them .

Might anyone be able to shed some light on how i should procede..

requires dash v2.0.13599.0 to play - CANNOT BE WAVE PATCHED

WARNING: this is wave 13, if you boot it on a machine with old firmware and a samsung/benq/liteon drive it will flash it back to stock
if you are on old SPOOFED firmware the machine will be stuck in an update loop!

here do this! put your xbox back to stock fw

open the iso of the game in winrar.
drag the system update folder to your desktop.
burn the system update folder to a disk, to a blank cd.
the xbox will update, if your on stock then your ok to update.
flash back to fw1.91, start your game up and play!

Can the update be deleted from the ISO so when burnt and put in the xbox it doesn't update?? I'm at work so can't try it.

Download latest dash from ms
Burn to disk/drop on usb
Update comsole.
Flash drive back to a cfw
