New to flashing? Hitachi Drive

Basically I want to flash my hitachi drive on myxbox 360 core. It is updated to the newest may 2011 firmware. How do I do this, I have tried looking at the stickies but its quite confusing. I know how to open xbox 360 due to fix rrod.

ROM VER: 0078FK thats the FW version. Follow the JF Guide to flash it, it comes with the Jungleflasher APP.

I try to flash 0078FK Drive but the flash fail and i get a result for the key look like this 74747474747474747474747474747474
but i still bump the drive so i have a key bin and a firmware bin how can i find the correct key from the firmware bin?
