Problems getting Deus Ex to run

I can't get this game to run. When i put disk in the drive it reads it but does not load the game pic. I get the not a 360 disk error/dirty disk
I am on the latest Dash but not 100% sure if i have lt1.9 or 1.91 as the bloke who did if for me is away on holiday for a month and can't get in contact with him

try reburning at a slower speed & maybe different media

odd thing is when i check the disk with ABGX360 i get no errors
