will be good fix mine has survived for 2 years now
i do a slight internal mod to make sure it stays cooler
i take it its out of warrenty?
and its the old style xbox and not the slim yes?

reflows or reballs better fix for rrod consoles mate

yea ive done the reflow with my heatgun on mine and its been going fine for a 3 weeks now

i link up and internal fan from the main fan psu leads and screw it to the tallest heatsink blowing inwards towards the tunnel also covered the tops of the heatsinks with card to get maxium sucktion from main fans
