    PAL 50 PAL 60 query

Hi guys, hope this is a simple one for you, cos its not for me. Got a bog standard TV with Xbox 360 attached. Plays most games ok. Recently bought smackdown v raw and a message came up telling me to change to Pal 60. Managed to eventually do this (from Pal 50) but the game only plays in black and white. What do I need to do. Help and advice greatfully appreciated..Dassey

Your TV does not support 60hz fully m8 so it displays in B/W.
Only answer get a new TV.

Sorry best I can do for you.

One other thing to check, see if the TV is set to RGB input as this may solve your problem.

Got another pal 50 to 60 question if anyone can help

Can you change from pal 50 to pal 60 if the 360 is linked to a monitor via vga?
Just tried a old game and it says the game only works on pal 60

Monitors work different what model is the monitor and have you checked your settings on 360 so its already set to pal60

            Monitor is a NEC 20WGX2
I have two 360s 1 is set to run at 60 one is not

Looks like the 360 does not give the option to change if only a vga is connected. Will have to dig out the old lead for the tv just to change the settings.

That monitor will work fine use the dvi connection if you have a 360 with hdmi.

If its showing in black and white on 60hz it means your tv does not support NTSC output.
